Sending by email and SMS

Agreements and offers are sent directly from the system to the customer for signing by email or SMS. Sending by SMS costs 1 kr per piece. Once the counterparty has signed, both parties are automatically sent a copy of the signed document by email. SMS mailings can be made throughout Europe.

Mobile-friendly deals

Deals designed in DealBuilder are responsive. That is, the agreements will look fine regardless of the type of device the counterparty opens the agreement from (mobile, tablet, desktop, etc.). Competing solutions based solely on uploaded PDFs may not deliver this and offer a poorer user experience as PDFs are not responsive and do not adapt to different screen sizes.

Legally binding e-signing

All signing methods in DealBuilder are legally binding. You choose for yourself which method is most suitable for your business.

Click-signing

Signing method where the user signs with a click via a unique link to the document via either email or SMS.

Handwritten signature

Signing method where the user signs with handwritten signature on their device.

Sign on sender's device

Signing method where the user signs with handwritten signature on the same device from which the contract was sent. Can be used where emitter and counterpart are physically in the same location.

Signing with BankID

Signing method where the user signs signs signs with BankID in Norway or equivalent national EID solution for either Sweden, Denmark or Finland.

More signatories

Add as many signatories as necessary. The signed document will not be sent out to the parties until all parties have signed.

Automatic reminders

DealBuilder automatically notifies counterparties who have not yet signed the document.

Manual reminders

You can even send reminders to counterparties who have not opened or signed the document as desired by email or SMS.

Multiple languages

DealBuilder is adapted to Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, English and Finnish languages for both users and end users (recipients). If you want another language, we can easily add it.
